Great country house with rural permit and a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, swimming pool, garage, large plot of land and 3 horse boxes!! This impressive fantastic property which was renovated in 2019 is located in a quiet area of Velez Rubio, 10 minutes from the center of the town where all amenities such as: restaurants, pharmacies, shops and other leisure facilities are located and about 1 hour from the coast. The last kilometer to the house is via a good dirt road. It is located 30 minutes from major cities such as Puerto Lumbreras, Lorca and Huercal-Overa. Murcia is 1h10min and Almeria is 1h30. The house is located on a large plot with various shrubs and trees, including the almond tree, which creates an unparalleled view during the flowering period. It is divided into two independent homes that can communicate with each other if desired. On the left side of the property is the first house, the front door gives access to a living room that has a ceiling fan and a wood burner. Next to the communal dining area is the beautifully situated 8X4 swimming pool and with a large terrace around it for sunbathing or enjoying the views. In the lower part of the plot there is another large construction, one of which has 3 horse boxes and a storage room, the other next to it is a garage and a third is a chicken coop, but can be converted into anything. The plot has ample parking space. Among the wonders of the house are: central heating throughout the guesthouse, solar hot water, a 10,000 litre tank and mosquito nets on all windows, including the main doors. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
